<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a breaker mounting unit which can constitute, in low height with minimum power conductors, a switchboard which can store a controller capable of controlling many electric path load apparatuses, and a switchboard to which this breaker mounting unit is attached. <P>SOLUTION: The breaker mounting unit 1 is equipped with a base 9, three main branch conductors 11 for three phases in a pair which are attached to the bottom of the base 9, a plug-in type contact 12, a base terminal 3 on power source side which contacts with the power-side terminal 5 of a circuit breaker 2, a sub branch conductor 13 whose one end is connected to the main branch conductor 11 and whose other end is positioned on the surface of the base 9 and to which the base terminal 3 is attached, a base terminal 4 on load side which contacts with the terminal 6 on load side, a terminal board 15 to which the base terminal 4 is attached and which has a terminal screw 14, and an insulating cover 17 which has a slit 17a wherein the power conductor 20 of the switchboard gets in.
