The peptide is preferably composed of a specific amino acid sequence or an amino acid sequence selected from 4 specific kinds of amino acid sequences. The agent is preferably a medicine and preferably a cell proliferation promoter or cell differentiation promoter. The agent is preferably a bone or cartilage formation promoting agent or regeneration promoting agent, or a periodontium formation promoting agent or regeneration promoting agent.
