PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent consolidation of polymerizable powder such as (meth)acrylic alkali metal solder powder obtained through spray drying by efficiently bubbling dry gas in a powder receptacle such as a paper bag and a flexible container. SOLUTION: A dry gas charge line is drawn from an opening part of a powder receptacle into a powder layer in the powder receptacle, dry gas is charged from a center bottom part of the powder receptacle, and gas is discharged from a discharge port other than a powder charging port to suspend (bubble) the entire powder layer with dry air. As a result, humid air in a vicinity of powder can be efficiently replaced with the atmosphere not higher than CRH by using dry air of small amount. Powder in a paper bag, a flexible container or the like filled with powder by using this method is not consolidated even when the powder receptacle is stored for a long time, and air can be easily discharged in a short time in the discharging mode.
