PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a coating material having excellent processability, adhesion to a metal, and resistance to deterioration with time, and providing a coated film having good balance of processability and retort resistance; and to provide a coated metal plate having the coated film formed thereon. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the coating material comprises two kinds of polyester resins (A) and (B) regulated so that the mixed ratio (A)/(B) of the polyester resins (A) to (B) by mass may be (95-60)/(5-40). Each of the polyester resins (A) and (B) are composed of 80-100 mol% aromatic dicarboxylic acid component as the dicarboxylic acid component, and 50-85 mol% 1,2-propanediol and 50-15 mol% one or more kinds of glycols selected from 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol and ethylene glycol. The hydroxy value of the polyester resin (A) is≤20 mg-KOH/g and the hydroxy value of the polyester resin (B) is 25-60 mg-KOH/g. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
