PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a board cannot be efficiently and evenly heated by a conventional heating device. SOLUTION: In this heating device, an auxiliary reflecting plate, a heating element and a concave heat reflecting plate are arranged sequentially separate from a heating object and from one another; the auxiliary reflecting plate reflects a heat ray from the heating element to the concave heat reflecting plate; and the concave heat reflecting plate reflects the heat ray from the heating element and the auxiliary reflecting plate to the heating object. The focal point of the concave heat reflecting plate is located at the position of the heating element. The auxiliary reflecting plate is movable and adjustable toward the heating element.
