PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of connecting an electric wire conductor and a terminal suitable especially for an electric wire for W/H by a friction pressure welding method. SOLUTION: An electric wire 1 is fixed in a sate that the end surface of the conductor 2 is exposed, the joining surface of the terminal 3to be connected to the conductor 2 of the electric wire 1 and the end surface are pressure-contacted, the terminal 3 is rotated, and after desirable friction heat is ensured, the rotation of the terminal 3 is sopped, and the end surface of the conductor 2 and the joining surface of the terminal are joined.
