PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: work for measuring and analyzing construction civil engineering structures is inefficient, longtime work accompanied with adjustment and judgment by human sensation since the work measuring and analyzing construction civil engineering structure has not been automated conventionally; and imaging has to be performed again when a moving object enters a region to be measured during imaging and poor quality in an imaged result is found later, and to sharply improve inefficient and inaccurate processing by a new image acquisition technique, image processing, and automated soundness discrimination. SOLUTION: A system automatically detects the moving body entering the region to be measured during imaging from an image imaged in an imaging apparatus for measurement by an analysis system, or automatically detects the moving body from an image imaged by an additional monitoring camera.
