PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a three-stage type compressor compact and properly use it within a range of pressure requirements. SOLUTION: In a cast integrated casing I manufactured integrally with compressor compressing parts (scrolls) 1a, 2a, 3a and compressed air passages 7, 9 by casting, housing parts 4a, 5a, 6a for incorporating a first intercooler 4, a second intercooler 5 and an aftercooler 6 are formed. The first intercooler 4, the second intercooler 5 and the aftercooler 6 are arranged and housed in the housing parts 4a, 5a, 6a, in this order. An outlet of the first intercooler 4 is connected with a suction side of a second-stage compressor 2 by a detachable second-stage suction pipe 17, and an outlet of the second intercooler 5 is connected with a suction side of a third-stage compressor 3 by a detachable third-stage suction pipe 18.
