PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended type self-service gas station, which lets a guest know which part of the station site to enter and how to operate an oiler, enabling the guest to oil without bewilderment while allowing the gas station to increase in the number of guests. SOLUTION: According to the suspended type self-service gas station, hose processing units 4 are installed vertically above the station site, and an oil hose 6 having an oil nozzle 5 on the front end thereof is suspended from each hose processing unit 4 to be moved up and down freely. Entrance paths 15 to oil areas 10 formed under the hose processing unit 4 and exit paths 17 from the oil area 10 are constructed within the station site 2. The case body 4a of each hose processing unit 4 has a vehicle guide 7, which is provided with oil type displays and oiling availability lamps on the front face while fitted with an intercom 12 for contact with an office in the site on the lower face.
