PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission mechanism capable of preventing or effectively suppressing inclination of a worm gear caused by reaction from a worm wheel and an electric door mirror device capable of preventing or effectively suppressing generation of abnormal sound and transmission loss of rotational force caused by the inclination of the worm gear due to reaction from the worm wheel. SOLUTION: The second worm gear 170 in which shafts 168 at both ends are rotatably journaled to a supporting wall 172 is rotated since driven gears 166 provided at both ends of an axial direction receive rotational force from a driving gear 164 and imparts rotational force to the second worm wheel 90. When the reaction G1 from the second worm wheel 90 is applied to the second worm gear 170, a supporting wall 172 interferes with the shafts 168 on both the end sides of the second worm gear 170, and the reaction G2 generated by the interference is applied in the opposite direction of the reaction G1.
