PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck whereby a rear gate is prevented from being unexpectedly swung during unloading work from a rear opening, the unloading work can be stably performed, and a fully opened state and a fully closed state can be surely maintained even when used for a long time period. SOLUTION: This truck is provided with a lower lock means 13 for maintaining the full closed state of the rear gate at a lower end part side of the rear opening 4, and an opened state lock means 15 for maintaining the full opened state in the full opened state wherein an outer surface 11 of the rear gate 5 confronts an outer surface 10 of one side plate 2 of a loading platform N. The lower lock means 13 is provided with a loading platform side member 18 and a rear gate side member 19a. In the fully opened state, the rear gate side member 19a of the lower lock means 13 becomes a rear gate side member 43 of the fully opened state lock means 15, and is fitted to a loading platform side member 42 of the opened state lock means 15.
