摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending a magnesium alloy pipe having an odd-shaped cross-section such as a triangle, rectangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, polygonal, semicircle, or elliptical shape, or a combination of these shapes, at a high angle or in a small radius, by improving these cross-section shapes and bending techniques of them. SOLUTION: In the magnesium alloy odd-shaped cross-section pipe, a face to be bent for an inner side is deformed continuously into a concave in a pipe axial direction when the pipe is bent. In the bending method, the pipe is processed, while the face to be bent for the inner side is deformed continuously into the concave in the pipe axial direction, when the pipe having the odd-shaped cross-section such as the triangle, rectangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, polygonal, semicircle, or elliptical shape, or the combination of these shapes is bent.
