<p>A constant voltage power supply circuit comprises an output transistor (T1), a constant voltage output section (R1, R2, V2, 1) for controlling the output transistor according to the output voltage (Vout) of the output transistor and keeping the output voltage constant, and an output current limiting section (T13, T14, T16, T17, R7) for limiting the output current of the constant voltage output section. When an overcurrent sensing section (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) detects that the current flowing through the output transistor is an overcurrent flowing for a predetermined time continuously, the output current limiting section limits the output current. With this, the decrease in the output voltage after overcurrent control is reduced to a minimum.</p> |
