A compound represented by the general formula (I), a salt of the compound, o r a solvate of either; a medicine containing any of these; an agent for the prevention of and/or treatments for ischemic diseases which contains any of these; and a platelet aggregation inhibitor containing any of these. The compound is useful as a potent platelet aggregation inhibitor which inhibits neither COX-1 nor COX-2.
