<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheets discrimination sensor providing a stable sensor output without being affected by a change in ambient temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The paper sheets discrimination sensor is provided with, as the wiring member of each electrode 11 buried in a sensor unit, a plate-shaped material 20 to which the terminal part 12 of each electrode 11 is fixed and connected, and which is formed so as to be easily deformed in the direction of a force added to the terminal part of the electrode. The expansion or contraction due to thermal expansion of the sensor unit 10 side(dielectric side where the electrode is buried) is absorbed by the plate-shaped material 20, so that a distance between the sensors arranged so as to be faced to each other can be prevented from being made long or short. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
