<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding-out window easy in restraining the formation of a cold-hot bridge, and causing little condensation in the sliding-out window having a paper sliding screen composed of a resin-aluminum composite sash, and an opening-closing handle on the indoor side. <P>SOLUTION: This opening part device has the paper sliding screen 2 openably-closably composed of a paper sliding screen opening-closing member 11 arranged on the indoor side, and formed of the resin-aluminum composite sash connected with an indoor side resin section and an outdoor side aluminum section.
