<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-piece solid golf ball which has good touch of hitting, excellent flying performance, and controllability. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-piece solid golf ball has: a core (4) comprising a center (1) and one or more intermediate layers (2) formed on a center; and a cover formed on the core. In the case of expressing the center hardness and the surface hardness of the center (1), the hardness of the intermediate layer (2) and the hardness of the cover (3) by the Shore D hardness respectively by H<SB>M</SB>, H<SB>S</SB>, H<SB>I</SB>and H<SB>C</SB>, a relation expressed by an expression:H<SB>M</SB><H<SB>S</SB><H<SB>I</SB><H<SB>C</SB>is satisfied, and the cover (3) contains polyurethane material as a main component and has 45 to 60 Shore D hardness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
