<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament yarn with low elongation at break and moderate flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The filament yarn is such that the circumference of a core yarn of glass fiber is braided with a plurality of sheath yarns comprising of fiber other than glass fiber and the core yarn and the sheath yarn and the mutual sheath yarns are integrated through a binder resin respectively.
