<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular barrier rib which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and enables to completely inspect the hermeticity of all the surfaces to be hermetically sealed relating to penetrated piping and modules. <P>SOLUTION: In the modular barrier rib which consists of two rectangular solid parts each having a semicylindrical recessed part, and serves to penetrate cables and piping hermetically into all kinds of structural members having cables, piping, or a module which is hermetically surrounded with a filler, each rectangular solid part is arranged back and forth in the lengthwide direction of each cable or piping, and each modular barrier rib consists of at least two partial rectangular solids (6, 7) which are connected with each other through one spacer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
