<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system for a vehicle capable of effectively maintaining mechanical efficiency for a long term while making compact in size and lightweight for an electrically-powered actuator as a driving power source by improving mechanical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An engaged portion between a screw portion 12c of a screw shaft 12 and a nut member 13 is arranged inside a liquid pressure chamber 7 in which working liquid for operating a flexible piston 6 is supplied, and metallic coating is applied onto an outer periphery (an engaged surface) of the screw portion 12c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
