<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for controlling an internal combustion engine with an electric motor which materializes the optimum supercharging in accordance with an operating state. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of an internal combustion engine is equipped with a supercharger 20 arranged on an intake passage 6 of an internal combustion engine 1 and driven by an electric motor 20a, a by-pass path 24 provided to the intake passage 6 so as to bypass the supercharger 20, a flow rate adjusting means 25 by which air flow rate passing through the by-pass path 24 can be arbitrarily adjusted by being electrically driven, operating state detecting means 20, 21, 16 for detecting the operating state of the internal combustion engine 1, and a driving timing determination means 16 for determining the timing for driving the flow rate adjusting means 25 on the basis of results detected by the operating state detecting means 20, 21, 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
