<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol type eyewash that gives little stimuli to eyes, gives little fear to the user even when the user jets the eyewash upon its eyes while the eyes are opened, can efficiently wash eyes by using a washing liquid effectively. <P>SOLUTION: This aerosol type eyewash is obtained by packing the washing liquid and a pressurizing agent in a light-transmissive container. The eyewash is constituted so that the acceleration of the jetted matter from the container may become≤0.3 G at a distance of 1-15 cm from the ejector of the container and the adhering rate of the jetted matter may become≥60 wt% when the matter is jetted from the distance. It is preferable that the container is provided with a quantitative injection valve and the quantity of the washing liquid jetted from the container by one time of jetting operation becomes 0.1-0.5 ml.
