PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an favorite item, in an item filtering method and device, an item determination method and device, an item information provision device, a computer program and a recording medium. A minimum value (a threshold value TH) among the unique access numbers correlated to the number of the commodity codes that is '1' is extracted (S25). Each the unique access number less than the threshold value TH is extracted, and a commodity code group forming a set together with each the extracted unique access number is extracted (S27).
