PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the spread of a ten key pad or electronic equipment with the ten key pad in consideration of visually handicapped persons to reduce the barrier of the visually handicapped persons. SOLUTION: Marks to be confirmed by touch are attached to keys "1" and "5" of a ten key pad, thus even a visually handicapped person can decide whether the ten key pad is a "telephone array" key pad or a "calculator array" key pad and barrier-free ten key pad is realized which enables the visually handicapped person to independently use even equipment which is difficult to intuitively decide whether the ten key pad use thereon is of the "telephone array" or the "calculator array".
