PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can easily mold the visor main body of a sun visor for a vehicle which has a shell body molded by blow molding and a reinforcer for reinforcing the shell body. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin parison for molding the shell body 2 is arranged between a pair of opened molds, and a cellular material for molding the reinforcer 5 is arranged in the parison. After that, the molds are clamped, gas is supplied into the parison, and the shell body 2 is molded from the parison. The reinforcer 5 is molded by making the cellular material to copy from the hollow shape of the shell body 2 while the cellular material is melted by the preheat of the parison.
