METHOD FOR BI-DIRECTIONALLY OUTPUTTING IMAGE DATA WITH COLOR CALIBRATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid visual artifact such as hue-shift caused in usage of a bi-directional color ink-jet printer. SOLUTION: First, in accordance with a first direction and a second direction, image data are converted from a first color space to a second color space. The image data are subjected to bi-directional color calibration by use of one or more online color calibration tables, and the image data undergone above described bi-directional color calibration are subjected to half-tone processing and then outputted.
