PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in a C/N when synthesizing diversity by adjusting phases of signals input to an adding means and facilitate synchronization in demodulating. SOLUTION: A diversity receiving device comprises: a plurality of antennas 1 and 3; a plurality of receiving circuits 2 and 4 connected to the antennas 1 and 2, respectively; an adding means 7 which adds received signals output from the receiving circuits 2 and 4; and a phase shifting means 6 and 8 which make phases of the received signals to be input to an adding means 8 the same phase. A level comparing means 10 is provided to compare levels between the received signals output from the receiving circuits 2 and 4. The phases of the received signals other than the signal of the highest level are controlled and input to the adding means 7 by adjusting to the phase of the received signal of the highest level.
