PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plastic deformation of a steel plate and an abnormal blister of the covered rubber which are located in an end in the load support condition under the high face pressure and the high distortion conditions. SOLUTION: An intermediate part of the laminated rubber 15 is the intermediate laminated part 15A that the thickness of a rubber sheet 11 is nearly even. An end of the laminated part 15B is provided with the upper and lower part of the intermediate laminated part 15A. As for this end of the laminated part 15B, the thickness of the rubber sheet is thinner than that of the intermediate laminated part 15A, and changes so that it gradually becomes thick toward the intermediate laminated part 15A from the upper and lower end (flange steel plate 17, 18).
