PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic which is colored, is highly transparent with attenuated hiding power, has a beautiful color and a highly brilliant pearliness, and is easily applicable. SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic contains colored brilliantly pearlescent glass flakes prepared by coating glass flakes with at least two colorants in layers and having a mean particle size of 1-300μm and an average thickness of 0.1-3μm.
