PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve convenience of an elevator by giving secure feeling to a passenger of a car by informing the passenger of a floor having high next stopping probability before the car is started. SOLUTION: Before the car 2 is started, a next stop-scheduled floor is calculated by a calculating section 12 of a controller 6 based on each call information and generated, display information of the next stop-scheduled floor and auditory information of the next stop-scheduled floor are generated by a generating section 5 of the display information of the next stop-scheduled floor and a generating section 16 of the auditory information of the next stop-scheduled floor of the guide information controller 7, an elevator information indicator 17 disposed on the car 2 is made to display the floor "X" having high next stopping probability, and a voice guiding apparatus 18 is made to inform the passenger of the floor "X" having high next stopping probability by voice.
