PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic packaging device which can easily perform the adjustment for various kinds of automatic packaging process conditions for various kinds of consumables by a simple constitution even in a case wherein different kinds of consumables are used depending on purposes. SOLUTION: The specification data of an applicable consumable which is stored in a radio tag provided on the consumable is acquired through radio communication means 52 and 53 and stored in a storage unit 73. Then, an automatic packaging process for the consumable is controlled referring to the specification data of the consumable which is stored in the storage unit 73. Thus, the adjustment of various kinds of automatic packaging process conditions for the consumable can be automatically performed in response to the specification data of the consumable, and even in the case wherein different kinds of consumables are used depending on purposes, the adjustment of various kinds of automatic packaging process conditions for various kinds of consumables can easily be performed by the simple constitution.
