PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for a disposable sanitary article which can be easily opened along a perforation, and can easily take out the sanitary article, and on which loop-like grips are fitted. SOLUTION: This packaging bag 1 is constituted by packaging compressed articles under a condition wherein specified number of wide faces of folded disposable sanitary articles 2 are piled up to make a line, and one or more lines are arranged in parallel. This packaging bag 1 has a top face 8, a bottom face 7, a front face 3 and a back face 4 being parallel to the compression direction of the sanitary articles 2, and a side face 5 vertical to the compression direction, and a pair of the loop-like grips 9 are fitted on the side edge parts of the front face 3 and the back face 4 on the top face side.
