PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sporting device preventing a fall. SOLUTION: This sporting device 1 is disposed with grid-shaped boundary parts 3 on a mat body upper surface 2a of a rectangular mat body 2, and formed with a plurality of walking display parts 6 having square grounding surfaces 4 and opening parts 5. The boundary part 3 has an approximately semicircular cross section and is projected from the grounding surface 4 formed on the mat body 2. The grounding surface 4 is formed smaller than the size of the foot of a general adult, so that a player keeps a state of raising the heel (so-called standing on tiptoe) to prevent the foot from touching the boundary 3 and efficiently train the muscle necessary for the falling prevention and an adjustment force such as agility.
