PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a final user to easily change the setting of the elastic pressure on rolled paper adapted to various rolled paper. SOLUTION: In the rolled paper holder, a paper cutter plate 6 pivotally supported at the rear part to be brought up/down by the rolled paper holder 1, which is U-shaped in plan view, can be energized in two upward/downward directions with a prescribed opening angle as the boundary angle, and a turning operation lever 8 for variably setting the use position is pivotally supported on a side panel 2 of the holder 1 near a turning piece 7 associated with the paper cutter plate 6. An elastic spring 9 is mounted between the lever 8 and the turning piece 7 against its proper elastic force. By changing the proper elastic force of the elastic spring 9 by the rotary operation lever 8, the elastic pressure of the paper cutter plate 6 on the rolled paper 4 can be variably set according to the kind of used rolled paper.
