PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to conduct multi-stage culture of shellfishes of perennial black-lip pearl oyster, pearl oyster and crocea clam through a whole year, by sinking a culture installation in case of typhoon, so as to avoid the typhoon, when the shellfishes which are conventionally subjected to rafting culture or extension rope-type suspending culture in a reef area referred to as Inoh in a dialect and a closed area of a coral reef are grown by avoiding the typhoon. SOLUTION: Shellfish fry of the perennial black-lip pearl oyster, pearl oyster and crocea clam which are conventionally subjected to the rafting culture and the extension rope-type suspending culture in a reef lagoon area and the closed bay area of the coral reef in a suitable amount are filled into a pearl net, a multi-stage circular cage, etc., suspended from the culture installation of North Hokkaido Japan Sea rising and falling expansion rope type in an offshore area outside the coral reef, and controlled to be kept in a safe state by considering ocean weather information so as to sink the culture installation in case of the typhoon specific to the coral reef area and to surface the culture installation after passing of the typhoon, etc., so that the perennial black-lip pearl oyster, pearl oyster and crocea clam which occur in the coral reef area are grown into their imaginal shells by realizing culture thereof through a whole year.
