Pipe connection comprises a fitting (1') with the end on the insertion side extending from a cylindrical section (7) receiving a conduit (2). The fitting has a sealing element (3) partially consisting of a receiving element (4') having an extending collar (15). The inner diameter of the sealing element is larger than the outer diameter of the conduit. During insertion of the conduit the collar of the receiving element is installed on the front side of the conduit and after insertion into the cylindrical section the sealing element is sealingly pressed onto the casing surface of the conduit. Preferred Features: The receiving element is formed as a securing element and is made from metal or hard plastic.
