The label (1) has a top support layer (2) of transparent foil under which is located a layer (31) bearing the desired information, in text or image form, underneath which is an opaque layer (5). Below that is a separation plane (10) followed by a separation layer (4) which covers a second layer (32), on which is repeated the information, enclosed in a final adhesive layer (6) for attaching the label to an item of equipment.
