PURPOSE: To extend life cycle of brush roll and improve degreasing efficiency by moving the brush roll in a width direction of strip so that the brush roll is constantly abrased. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an operation part (20) comprising a plurality of connection plates (29) supported to respective wall bodies of the other side of rotary central shaft (26) and one side of reciprocating shaft (22) and connected between rotary gear through the center of which the reciprocating shaft passes and the other side of the rotary central shaft, wherein the rotary central shaft and the reciprocating shaft are reciprocally ball jointed with each other, first interlocking shaft (23) to an outer part of the other side of which the reciprocating shaft is connected, and a plural second interlocking shafts (24,25) connected to an outer part of the other side of the rotary central shaft and the other side of the reciprocating shaft so that the operation part is straightly reciprocated in the width direction of the strip; and a brush part (40) comprising a central brush roll (30) which is fixed to an intermediate part of the rotary central shaft in such a way that brush is projected to the outer side of the plurality of connection plates, and through which the first interlocking shaft passes, and a plural outer brush rolls (31,32) which are arranged at an outer part of the rotary central shaft so that brush is projected to the outer side of the plurality of connection plates, and through which the plural second interlocking shafts and the first interlocking shaft pass to support one side or both sides of the outer brush rolls.
