<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive temperature rise of a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: In the cooling device of the vehicle fuel cell, a first cooling water passage in which the cooling water from a cooling pump passes through the fuel cell and a first heat exchanger and returns to the cooling pump is provided, and a second cooling water passage which is branched from the first cooling water passage, passes through the second heat exchanger and is connected to the first heat exchanger is provided, and a flow path switching means for switching over the flow path flowing the cooling water only through the first cooling water passage or flowing through both the first and second cooling water passages is provided. The flow path switching means selects to flow the cooling water to both the first and second cooling water passages when at least the vehicle speed is lower than the established value.
