<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time necessary for a shift to the normal operation of a system from the start of the system . <P>SOLUTION: This diagnostic device for a power supply circuit comprises: a first voltage-dividing circuit 120 in which the output side of a drive system relay 190 and an earth terminal 70 are connected by resistors 121, 123 and 124 that are connected in series, a voltage of a battery 10 that is an output of the drive system relay 190 is voltage-divided, and a voltage at a connecting point of the resistors 121, 123 is set as a divided voltage V1, and which has a means for adjusting the divided voltage V1; and a second voltage-dividing circuit 130 in which the output side of the drive system relay 190 and the earth terminal 70 are also connected by resistors 131, 133 and 134 that are connected in series, the voltage of the battery 10 that is an output of the drive system relay 190 is voltage-divided, and a voltage at a connecting point of the resistors 131, 133 is set as a divided voltage V2, and which has a means for adjusting the divided voltage V2.
