<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point contact ball bearing possible to be placed in a current double-row combination angular bearing as a ball screw support bearing and a rotary shaft support bearing, capable of obtaining precise positioning accuracy, and improved in abrasion resistance and impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A race way of any one of an outer ring 12 and an inner ring 13 (for example, the inner ring 3) is formed into the separate structure by dividing it into two at a central part in the cross direction of a race groove 14b. Sub-zero treatment or high-temperature tempering is performed to, at least, one of the outer ring 12, the inner ring 13 and a ball 15 to restrict the residual austenite quantity to 4 volume % or less and to obtain hardness at HRC 58 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
