<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflator treating method by which working hour can be greatly shortened. <P>SOLUTION: Only a floor part 15 is gone down from a heating actuation tower 10 by a rising and falling means 45 and is placed on a carriage 50.
