<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and highly profitable property providing method and a system. <P>SOLUTION: In the property providing method, information on at least one property within a property pool including a subset of available properties and a subset of unavailable properties is provided to a user, a user's request to the property within the property pool is received, and the requested property is defined. The method further includes a step for determining whether the requested property is included in the subset of available properties (a) or in the subset of unavailable properties (b). The method includes a step for immediately providing the requested property to the user (step 306) when the requested property is included in the subset of available properties.
