<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter with a one-way clutch mechanism incorporated therein for generating required torque during rotation in both directions. <P>SOLUTION: A first torque generation part 4 is formed by fitting an annular spring holding member 8 incorporated in the one-way clutch mechanism 2 to a shaft 15. A second torque generation part 5 is formed by mounting C-type springs 31, 32 on the outer diameter face of a clutch outer ring 7 and putting slits 33, 34 of the C-type springs in engagement with a rib 35 on the inner diameter face of an outer ring member 1. Required torque can be generated in the first torque generation part 4 during free rotation of the one-way clutch mechanism 2 and in the second generation part 5 during lock thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
