<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging friendly to the global environment by suppressing the use of plastics. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording medium which is friendly to the global environment without using any plastic film of polyethylene or the like can be sealed and packaged by winding a case 2 to accommodate a disk 1 with a sealing and packaging tape 3 of paper film property using a glassine. Further, by using glassine, printing effect as sharp as that of the gravure printing can be obtained by the offset printing and the relief printing.
