PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defrosting device for a heat exchanger, and its manufacturing method improving defrosting performance and making an environmentally compatible substitute refrigerant applicable. SOLUTION: This defrosting device for the heat exchanger is provided with a heat transfer plate 60 formed in a prescribed area and stuck to the heat exchanger; a thin plate type heater 70 bonded to the heat transfer plate 60; and a power supply line 80 connected to one side of the thin plate type heater 70 to supply power to the thin plate type heater 70.
