PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication method and an information communication system capable of securing reliability of a base station which transmits communication quality information and avoiding an attack of a third person who pretends to a base station. SOLUTION: The information communication system is provided with processing 1 that the base station transmits identity confirmation information to a terminal, processing 2 that the terminal creates a base station specification request by using the identity confirmation information, processing 3 that the terminal imparts electronic signature to the base station specification request, processing 4 that the terminal transmits the base station specification request with electronic signature to the base station, processing 5 that the base station transmits the base station specification request with electronic signature to a server, processing 6 that the server confirms the electronic signature imparted to the base station specification request with electronic signature and processing 7 that quality information from the base station matched to the identity confirmation information included in the base station specification request with electronic signature is made valid when confirmation is performed by the processing 6 for confirmation.
