PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception system, a method, a reception server, and a program for contact requests from customers capable of quickly making contact with people in charge. SOLUTION: The reception server 30 receiving a contact request from a customer terminal 20 searches a person in charge on the basis of a customer/people-in-charge database 32 and transmits a mail of a contact request notice to a mobile terminal 10 of a person in charge with the highest priority. When receiving no response of a contact available reply, the reception server 30 sequentially transmits the contact request notice to mobile terminals 10 of people in charge in the order of priorities, and when receiving no response of the contact available reply from all people in charge corresponding to the customer, the reception server 30 particularizes a contact place on the basis of schedule information of each person in charge registered in a person in charge schedule database 33, acquires positional information of the mobile terminals 10 of the people in charge, particularizes the contact place by collating a positional information with the positional information of the contact place registered in a person in charge contact place object positional information database 34, and transmits the contact place to a substitute contact compatible terminal 40 as substitute contact place notice information. When the reception server 30 cannot obtain the confirmation of a response from the person in charge mobile terminals at the reception of the contact request from the customer, the reception server 30 searches a substitute contact place around the people in charge to attain quick contact.
