PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for dyeing a human keratin material, especially artificially dyed or colored hair and dark skin while being imparted with a lightening effect thereto. SOLUTION: A composition contains at least one fluorescent dye and at least one insoluble polyorganisiloxane conditioning polymer. Further, the composition contains at least the one fluorescent dye and at least one specific insoluble conditioning agent. The method and a device use the composition, respectively.
