PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alkoxyamines derived fromβ-phosphorylated nitroxides and their use in the preparation of mono- or polyalkoxyamines. SOLUTION: The alkoxyamines are expressed by chemical formula (I). The production of the mono- or polyalkoxyamines of chemical formula (II), uses the alkoxyamines of chemical formula (I). In the formula, A is a hydroxy group, MeO- (Me is an alkali metal such as Li, Na, K, etc.), H<SB>4</SB>N<SP>+</SP>-, Bu<SB>4</SB>N<SP>+</SP>- or Bu<SB>3</SB>HN<SP>+</SP>- group, Cl, R is H or a methyl group, M is a free-radical-polymerizable vinyl group, n is 0 or an integer.
